Enjoy the healing energies of crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments, with a Serenity Soundbath,  in the relaxing Wylde Blossom Retreat Room at Pendle Heritage centre, Barrowford.

Creating bespoke and relaxing experiences, to take you further into the healing benefits of sound, and your own self healing journey.

Group sizes are small, offering a more comfortable and intimate setting. 

Healing instruments are played to create a beautiful soundscape, that will take you deeper into sound healing. 

Unless you're advised otherwise, mats, eye pillows, blankets and eye pillows will be provided on the day, to ensure a more comfortable and relaxed experience for all. 

Please wear comfortable clothing, warm socks and bring a bottle of water, incase you need a drink throughout your session.

Feel free to bring extra pillows and blankets for extra comfort if you wish (recommended under knees for those with back and other skeletal issues) 

This serene and magicall experience will leave you with a feeling of inner peace and connection. 

**contraindications** 

✨ soundbaths are not suitable in the first trimester of pregnancy, for individuals with metal implants and pacemakers, or those susceptible to epilepsy. 

✨ avoid drinking alcohol or caffeine on the day
