Silent Mindfulness Retreat - Weekend

Saturday and Sunday

£150 includes lunches and snacks

Attend both days or just the Saturday.

Each day begins at 10:00 am and ends at 4:00pm
There are breaks and lunch and snacks are provided both days.

If you live a distance from the venue a local accommodation list can be sent on request.

Please arrive around 9:45am on Saturday when we will meet and greet you.
