Session 3 Single Detail: Equipment Inspection from 3pm, Assembly 3:30pm Practice after assembly

Double: Session 1 and 2 will make up the Double WA18m when booked together with the Double ticket.

Sunday AGB Vegas 300

 Session 1: Equipment Inspection from 8.30am, Assembly 9am, Practice after assembly.

Session 2: Equipment Inspection from 10.30am, Assembly 11am, Practice after assembly.

Session 3: Equipment Inspection from 1pm, Assembly 1.30pm, Practice after assembly.

Session 4: Equipment Inspection from 3pm, Assembly 3.30pm, Practice after assembly.

Faces: Compound and recurve archers will shoot on three spot targets, all other
archers will shoot on single spot targets. Juniors will shoot on single spot targets.

Late entry: Additional fee of £2.00 to be applied to all entries placed after the advertised closing date.

Juniors with a shooting adult from the same family group shoot for FREE. The adult must shoot the same sessions as the junior.

Awards: Will be awarded at the end of each day.
Saturday: For the single WA18 (first round & bowstyle shot only) and the Double WA18m, subject to entries at the time of closing.
Sunday: For the single Vegas 300 (first round & bowstyle shot only), subject to entries at the time of closing.

Closing Date: 15th March 2025 WA18, 16th March Vegas 300

Rules: The shoot will run to applicable World Archery and Archery GB rules at the time of the shoot - note AGB rule 409A applies on Sunday.

Refreshments: Tea and coffee will be available to purchase on the day.

Music: There will be music played during the day, and on a low volume during shooting.

Dress: AGB dress regulations rule 307.

Drug Testing: Record status shoots are liable for drug testing. Any competitor approached to give a sample for testing MUST comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Where an entry is completed by one or more junior archers, consent must be given for each by the parent of legal guardian.

Photography: The provisions within the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adult's policy requires that those that wish to take photographs at the event are to register with the tournament organiser on arrival. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that unauthorised photography does not take place, Archery GB, the Club, the Tournament organiser and the working party cannot be held responsible for breaches of this code.

Data Protection: When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitiors for example target lists and results may be published.

Membership: All entrants must be a member of Archery GB or other World Archery Affiliated Governing body. Any archers unable to show proof of membership will not be able to participate.

Neither Wymondham Archers nor Norfolk Showground can accept liability for damage or injury caused to any person or their property whilst on, entering or leaving the grounds howsoever caused.
 

To enter the Double WA18 please book the Saturday Session 1 ticket, and then book the Double ticket for Saturday Session 2. Selecting the Double ticket on its own will not get you a valid entry into either session. Booking two sessions individually will not enter you for the Double. 

Data Collection is repeated per ticket as people change bowstyles etc.
