Butcher Farrell is coming back to the farm and he’s packing meat. Lots of it.Our talented team in the kitchen here at Meld are going to cook up a selection of the finest cuts of meat chosen by them and Butcher Farrell.
You’ll hear all about where your meat comes from. The relationship between the chefs, the butchers and the farmers. And also about the ageing process and butchery that goes into each cut of meat at the best butchery in the UK.
It’s all going to be served family style again, big plates in the middle of the table, stacked up with the best meat we can get our hands on. There’ll be sides and sauces to go alongside it and also dessert to finish you off.
As always, the amazing Rivington team will be on hand to look after you and bring drinks to your table. You might want to wear your elasticated pants for this one.
