We are thrilled to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Head and Neck Cancer Conference, and we are dedicated to making this year’s event the most inspiring yet. Join us for two days of engaging sessions, featuring inspirational speakers from across the globe, including cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and world-renowned health professionals who will share their personal stories and expertise.

Considering feedback from last year, attendees highlighted how beneficial the interactive panel discussions were and how educational talks provided valuable insights into the patient and caregiver perspective. This year, we are continuing with a blend of keynote speakers and interactive panels, ensuring there is something for everyone to learn and take away.

The 2025 conference will challenge everyone to think differently about improving the quality of life for patients and caregivers, from diagnosis through to survivorship and beyond. Remember, 'Survivorship is not survivorship without quality of life.'

Conference President: Maulik “Maz” Darji

We are pleased to announce that Maulik Darji, a Consultant Therapy Radiographer specialising in Head and Neck Cancer at the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire, will be the Conference President for 2025. With a career dedicated to supporting head and neck cancer patients, Maulik brings invaluable expertise and passion to the conference. As the youngest Consultant Therapy Radiographer in the UK, he has made significant strides in improving patient care, leading service improvement projects, and advocating for a holistic approach to treatment and recovery.

Venue and Location: This year’s conference will be held at the Mercure Hotel in Northampton, a modern, spacious venue located in the heart of the town, offering onsite parking and just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The hotel provides a comfortable and convenient setting for this important event.

Dates:

• Day One: 4th November 2025 – Conference opens at 10:00 AM (Doors open at 8:30 AM)
• Day Two: 5th November 2025 – Conference opens at 10:00 AM (Doors open at 9:00 AM)
