Join us in the kitchen and let's get cooking! Whether you're an avid cook or a complete newbie, our cookalongs offer something for everyone and are great for those who just fancy doing a relaxed, hands-on activity with a great bunch of people.We're sure you'll pick up some great tips to use at home - preparing healthy meals, cooking on a budget, reducing food waste and trying new flavours. Plus, these sessions, are informal, social and lots of fun.
You'll be working in small groups whilst being guided through a recipe. Then, when the cooking (and clearing up!) is done, we'll all eat together.
Our cookalongs use surplus food collected through our food larder. The recipe you'll be cooking will be shared with you on the week of the event. All known dietary requirements are catered for and where possible we offer a variation of ingredients.
