Is perfectionism more pronounced in girls than in boys? Can it be a force for good, or is it something which can impede progress among those it affects? What contributes to this characteristic, and what strategies can be used to use it constructively?
Chloe Combi has been working with Junior School and Senior School pupils and staff at LEH on a research-based initiative that attempts to answer some of these complex questions. In December Chloe's work attracted national headlines in the Times and the Telegraph (as well as being discussed on television). She has presented her some of her initial findings to staff, and now it is the chance for parents to meet her, and to hear her thoughts on the pressures our young people face today, from friendship groups, examinations, social media, and many other sources.
