Guided by Michael Wilson the Kings Guide. Enjoy the breath-taking views as you walk from Arnside village right over to Grange over Sands, whilst supporting Springfield domestic abuse charity.The route can be anything from 4 to 10 miles - the distance all depends on the safest route that Michael chooses on the day. So we recommend you get in training now to make that distance.
This year is Springfield’s 110th year supporting those individuals that need our care. Come along and help us celebrate this special year. As this is a fundraising event we would be happy for participants to raise funds via sponsorship to help fund the life saving support Springfield offers to our community.

The start point for the Cross Bay Walk is the Promenade at Arnside. Finishing point is Grange over Sands. Please note that transport back to the start point is not provided. There are train stations at both start and end points.
