Arena Event with BE Dressage!

Entries Close 26th March at 6pm. Late entries will be £5 extra. No refunds or transfers after entries have closed.
Classes will run as ODE then Arena Event at the corresponding heights.
There may not be a Paramedic on site, but we do have First Aid cover.

The course is made up of showjumps in the arena, followed immidiately by the cross country course with no stopping in between. The sj section isn't timed, but faults will count and there will be a time limit. The xc section is timed and speeds of between 320 and 400 meters per minute will be expected. Classes will run in height order.

Body protectors are compulsory and must be to current BE standards. Riders must take their own responsibility for safety and equiptment being to the correct standards. Hair must be above collar length, long hair to be kept in place in a hair net. Non peaked skull caps only, to current BE standards.
In the event of a tie, the competitors in the tie will share the palcing and the placing below will be missed out.

The organisers advise that due to uneven and in parts, steep terrain of the event site, it may be at times difficult for spectators to move around freely and easily. As a result of which it may not be suitable for those who suffer certain medical conditions. All spectators enter the event at their own risk and are advised to wear suitable footwear.
The organisers reserve the right to vary the content of the event without being obliged to refund monies, or exchange tickets. Further the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the event to any person or to withdraw permission at any time to remain in the grounds, and shall not be required to give any reason for such action.
Your Responsibility
All persons attending the event must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents and must obey instructions given by the Organiser or by officials and stewards on its behalf.
All competitors and those associated with their school are the responsibility of the Team Manager whilst at the competition

Please note that professional photographers will be present at our competition. Please indicate on the entry form or by emailing the secretary, if you do not wish to appear in press coverage/ TV or photos taken by our official photographers.
General information
Please read the Terms in Full.
Please ensure that you do not muck out your horsebox onto the Car Park. Haynets must not be ties up outside the horsebox. Take all litter home with you.
All dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Any dog or horse droppings must be cleared up.
Outside assistance will not be tolerated- and could result in elimination.
Competitors only may warm up & compete horses on the show ground.
All competitions, parents and representatives for every competitior must ensure that they act courteously to stewards and officials at all times. Rudeness will not be tolerated.
In the event of cancellation, you entry will be refunded less £5 per competitor admin fee.
Refunds or Transfers will not be given after close of entries.
Entries cannot be swapped to a different horse/rider combination after close of entries

Start Times will be available on the Northern Equine Events facebook page at least 2 days proir to competition, or by texting 07543559284 after 8pm.
VACCINATIONS :- All horses and ponies must be up to date with their vaccinations. They must have had their initial two vaccinations and the latter or a booster with in 12 months of the competition, as per BE and Greenlands rules. Passport checks will be a spot check at your horsebox by an official of Northern Equine Events. Any horse without upto date vaccinations or a passport will not be allowed to compete and will be asked to leave.
