Miriam complains to Aaron about Moses ‘Cushite’ wife for which she is afflicted with leprosy. We know nothing about the lady, nor what Miriam found so objectionable, but that did not stop the ancient Rabbis speculating. In this session we will do some close textual study, and look at the fantastical stories told about her.
