About
A full day of peer to peer coaching in a small group to give you space to reflect on successes, seek support for those challenges that keep you awake at night and network with other experienced fundraisers. The group is led by Sharon Batty, a qualified coach and Director of Income Generation & Marketing (www.linkedin.com/in/sharonbatty) and delivered in partnership with Charity People. Open to those who:- have been working in fundraising or development for at least three years
- want to be part of a supportive network
- enjoy self reflection and working on their own mindset
- enjoy helping others coming up from where they have been
- want to benefit from the knowledge of those more experienced than themselves
