Where can we park?

Wherever possible, we would encourage everyone coming to walk or wheel to the circus. If you are bringing a vehicle, there are various streets and car parks within the vicinity of the school (although the school does not have a car park). Please remember to park considerately and be aware of any parking restrictions where you do choose to park.

Will there be any disabled parking?

There will be a limited number of disabled parking spaces for Blue Badge Holders in a small car park in front of the school field.

Will there be access to toilet facilities?
 

Yes, there will be toilets available onsite. If you cannot see a sign, please ask one of the volunteers at the event who will be happy to point you in the right direction.

What time should I arrive?

So that we can ensure that everyone is seated in time for the performance to start, please aim to arrive no less than 15 minutes before your performance time.

Are seats allocated?

Seats are unallocated. If you require space for a wheelchair or any other mobility aid, please do contact us in advance at pta@cherrygrove.cheshire.sch.uk

Can we take buggies into the performance?

There will not be room inside the tent for buggies and prams. However, we will have a covered area outside of the tent where you can leave them at your own risk.

Can we get a refund on tickets?

We are unable to offer a refund on tickets if, for any reason, you change your mind. However, if we have to cancel the shows, Cherry Grove Primary School PTA will refund the ticket price.

Will there be refreshments and other items on sale?

We will be selling a variety of refreshments and fun items to purchase on the day! The circus will also be selling popcorn. Cherry Grove Primary School PTA is able to take payments by cash or contactless card.
