The Friends of Lancaster City Museum are pleased to announce the Inaugural Owen Lectures. Timed to coincide with Sir Richard Owens birth in Brock Street this week in 1804.Two speakers have been booked:
Dr Michael Brown (whose PhD Thesis was on Emotions in Victorian Surgery)
Leah Demetriou (a volunteer at the Natural History Museum and a recognised expert on Sir Richard Owen)
