Hatha Yoga outside in Troutbeck at The Mortal Man. If the weather isn't playing ball, we will move inside with views through the valley down to Lake Windermere. This stunning location will take your breath away and allow you to reconnect to yourself and to nature.Expect a Hatha style class with breath work and meditation. Suitable for all abilities. Equipment available but please bring your own mat if you have one as this will be limited. It is recommended to bring some extra layers and possibly a blanket too in case the weather turns cooler.
If you can't make this class, private classes are also available for £30 per 1 hour class and they can be tailored to your specific needs. To book a private class or if you have any other questions please get in touch via email at yorkshireyogagirl@icloud.com
