Come and enjoy an award-winning Italian language film (with English subtitles), called Eight Mountains, from the book by Paolo Cognetti, along with a catered Italian lunch. This is our fourth event in North Dorset where we all get the chance to immerge ourselves in the audio, visual, cultural and culinary aspect of Italy.The film depicts an epic journey of friendship and self-discovery set in the breath-taking Italian Alps, The Eight Mountains follows over four decades the profound, complex relationship between Pietro and Bruno. It was the winner of the 2022 Cannes Jury Prize and a David di Donatello award in 2023.
