After showcasing our Digital Studio in 2023, we are proud to announce and showcase further developments in new buildings and technology, reinforcing Hartpury’s commitment to combining commercial innovation in agriculture. The farm has developed substantially over the past 12 months with the installation of the state-of-the-art DeLaval Voluntary Milking System (VMS) V300 – a robotic milking system that allows a cow to be milked when it wants, which can be up to three times a day on average. Along with this, a new Veterinary Nursing and Technical Skills Centre has been built.
As always, our focus is on making this an enjoyable, free family-fun day on our farm - limited tickets available, booking is essential.
Pack a picnic and put on those wellies to explore our amazing campus. Entry is free however, charges apply for some activities and food.
