Join Strawberry Hill Community Choir and our Musical Director James Speakman as we journey through time in our Summer Concert.From Mozart’s ‘Missa Brevis in D Major’, which premiered in Salzburg in 1772, to John Rutter’s ‘Feel The Spirit’ (2001) a series of well-loved African-American spirituals, with hints of American jazz-inspired styles and the polyphony of the New Orleans combo.
Add in our guest soprano and a sparkling duet from our MD James Speakman and pianist George de Voil for a truly enjoyable evening.
