Join us for a day of information and conversations around preparation for adulthood.This full-day event is for families and carers of young people aged 14+ with special educational needs and disabilities.
The day will consist of guest speakers sharing information and lived experience. Parent carers will have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have around their young people's transition into adulthood.
