LWMH Workforce CPD day: Creativity and Consistency
About
This day will be focused on the teacher workforce from the 5 music services that form the LWMH.It is intended to bring the music service teachers together for the first time to develop inter-LA peri networking, look at common aspects of our work, and provide ideas and inspiration for in/out school music teaching and learning.
Our focus is on the importance of creativity and consistency in all music service delivery:
1. To build and evolve this LWMH Music Service network of teachers, and to support early career teacher’s progression to becoming consistently good teachers.
2. To work together to develop our group music making teaching strategies through creative approaches.
3. To discuss key areas of challenge/success in instrumental family groups.
4. To understand the importance of expectations in behaviour and classroom management.
