Lancaster Brewery Co-Founder Matt Jackson has had a vibrant 24-year (and counting) career in the hospitality and brewing sectors. Despite challenges in the sector, Lancaster Brewery has grown from strength to strength, and Matt’s vision has recently led to the creation of the Whisky Room, a £1m investment in Lancaster’s first single malt whisky distillery.
