About
Welcome to Fiesta, a new dining experience that combines the senses together for a fiesta.A stunning 3 course meal will be prepared by MasterChef and Michelin trained Nick Rapson AKA Nick the Latin Chef. All of Nick's dishes are inspired by his Latin heritage but sourced local as he and the talented team like to champion local produce.
With each delicious course that comes out, the DJ turns the music up...bite by bite, course by course, until you are up dancing, sipping cocktails and Luna blu is transformed into a fiesta.
Starter
Mojito cured Salmon- Leche de tigre- Pickled Jalapenos- Aji amarillo
Main Course
Chargrilled Yorkshire lamp rump- Mole negro- Potato rica- Wild garlic emulsion
Desert
Venezuelan Flan- Diplomatico rum- Louisa's honey crisp
Our DJ will be complimenting each flavour and Latin explosion with Latin music and reggaeton.
