Buddhist Mind Science 6: The Nature of Perception

About
Six-week online Buddhist course. Everyone is welcome.
Gradual Paths to Lasting Happiness
About Module 6
Having presented meditation and the mind, presented the Buddhist paths and practices, and deepened into the aspect of warmheartedness, in this module we focus on the aspect of wisdom, especially from the point of how our perception has a subjective aspect, which means that the mind has a great impact on the way we experience.
About Buddhist Mind Science
Buddhism is considered by some a “science of mind” because it presents a comprehensive and deep description of the mind of consciousness. It studies its various aspects and functions, and it provides methods to observe it directly and to discover and activate our inner potential. And it does so with one intention: to overcome suffering and its causes and to cultivate true, lasting happiness.
The course 'Buddhist Mind Science: Activating Your Potential' aims to introduce you to this knowledge. Focusing on meditation and the mind, it provides practical techniques and insight into the mechanisms of suffering and happiness, finding purpose and mental balance, and how to discover and activate our inner potential for warmheartedness and wisdom, including a comparative modern scientific perspective and with the aim to contribute to the welfare in this world.
Where: Online on Zoom
When: Tuesday, November 11, 18, 25, December 2, 9, 16.
Time: 7.30-9pm GMT (UK)
Suggested donation £95/70/45
