6:30-6:45pm Arrivals and settling in
6:45-7pm Opening Circle
7-7:50pm Ecstatic Dance
7:50-8:30pm Sound Bath and Meditation
What to bring/wear:
- Comfy clothing/shoes
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
- Your dancing feet
