About
Our Open Farm Sunday event is designed to allow you to learn about the work of Farms for City Children by experiencing the tasks and learning opportunities provided to our residential groups. We will be offering guided farm tours covering our livestock and horticultural enterprises. Other timetabled activities include:10.00 - 11.00 & 13.00 - 14.00 Donkey grooming, get hands on and help us brush our 3 lovely donkeys.
11.00 - 12.00 & 14.00 - 15.00 Our partner farmer Aled will be demonstrating some sheep related tasks and giving you an insight into commercial sheep farming on the peninsula.
15.00 Goat milking, see our gorgeous Saanen goat Delilah being hand milked.
15.30 Meet the goats, chance to get up close and personal with our nannies and kids.
Snacks, drinks and farm produce will be available for sale in our farm shop. Self-guided farm walks taking in some of the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast Path will be available as will the opportunity to pick your own flowers.
