Five years on from Keith Tippett's sad departure from this world, we are delighted to be welcoming Matt Bourne, one of Keith's last collaborators, to perform in his memory in the main bar at The New Three Cups Inn in Malmesbury where Julie and Inca Tippetts kindly donated Keith's beloved piano.Keith worked with Janinka, landlady of The Cups for about 7 years in the early 2000s and The Cups is honoured to be the new custodians of this beautiful instrument where all of Keith's major works were composed.
Befitting also that it's Father's Day to honour this Father of Free Jazz.
Join us from 7.30 after doors close at the pub for this speak easy style event.
