Join the newly nominated Bishop of Carlisle, Network Youth Church members, the Archbishop of York and others for an Evening of Prayer, Reflection, and Inspiration.Have you explored how The Lord’s Prayer shapes not only the way we pray, but the way we live? Whether you are familiar with the prayer or curious about its meaning, come and join the Archbishop of York as part of a series of events across the North of England.
Starting at 7.30pm, the event held in Carlisle Cathedral’s Fratry will feature music, film, testimonies, and a powerful teaching session led by the Archbishop of York, Stephen Cottrell. There will also be an opportunity for a Q&A, offering a chance to reflect and ask questions.
At 5.45pm all are welcome to Choral Evensong in the Cathedral where the themes of the later event will be offered in prayer and music. Refreshments will be available in the Cathedral Cafe between the end of Evensong and the evening event.
Tickets are free. The event is open to all.
