Please join us for our exciting joint Christmas Concert with the South Norfolk Symphonic Band (SNSB) and the Just For Fun (JFF) Big Band.SNSB (formerly SNYSB) was founded in 1974 by Mike Booty and in 2025 is celebrating its 51st year. Originally started as a Youth Band, its members ages now range from 8 to 75 years. SNSBs high quality concerts, both at home and aboard, have raised many thousands of pounds for Charities.
The JFF Big Band was formed in 2023 and comprises seasoned musicians from Suffolk and Norfolk who enjoy and wish to continue performing in the Big Band tradition.
Held at the historic Eye Town Hall dating from 1857, this impressive Grade II listed building is recognised for its imaginative design and provides the ideal venue for this festive event.
The concert will include a mixture of traditional Christmas classics and popular numbers performed by both bands - culminating in a Massed Bands Finale with a truly impressive sound.
