Six Week Yoga Course for the Back & Spine

A six week yoga course suitable for all abilities, whether new to yoga or a more experienced yogi.Each of the six classes will be different but will always include some form of pranayama ( breathwork), meditation & asana (poses) and our focus will be about creating more freedom in the back body. We will always end with Savasana (relaxation & integration) so that you leave class feeling calm & relaxed.
Please let me know if you would like to borrow a yoga mat, all additional equipment will be provided. If you have any further questions, would like more info or have injuries or health issues that I need to be aware of prior to class, please contact me.
