About
Many young people are interested in working with animals so this is a great opportunity for them to come along and find out what it takes to look after the animals at the farm! This special Family Farmhands session gives you the opportunity to work alongside your child and share in the experience.If your child would like to attend unaccompanied, book them on our Future Farmers instead at https://www.trybooking.com/uk/EZQO
Activities will vary from day to day but may include cleaning out the goat pens or picking up pony poo, feeding the animals, cleaning food bowls, filling water dishes and hay nets, and taking clean straw for the animal's beds. We will finish up by giving the goats or ponies a brush, or the pigs a scratch!
Suitable for young people aged 8 to 17 and their parent or guardian who enjoy being outdoors and don't mind getting dirty!
Please wear suitable clothes and footwear. Gloves will be provided.
