This club is for pupils of Newcastle High School for Girls only, we cannot accept children that do not attend the school.

Full Day - £45.00 per day

Three or more days in one week - £37 per day

Booking information

Please make separate bookings for each child attending Holiday Club.

When making bookings, you will see the option to click on each week commencing date, please select the Monday for the week you would like to book.  Within this option, you will be presented with the availability for all days in that week for children aged 5 and under and for children who will be aged between 6 and 13 on the day the care is required.  It is important that you choose the correct option for the age of your child, to enable us to ensure that we plan our staffing ratios correctly.  If there is no availability showing for the age of your child on the days you would like to book, please select the relevant waiting list option for the age of your child on each day you would like to book.  We will get back to you if a place becomes available.

Once you have added all of the days that you require for that week, select “next” and complete the required fields and then, “add to basket”. To add additional days in different weeks, within the cart you will be able to click 'Buy more tickets'. This will take you back to the calendar to add the additional days.

When booking three or more days in any one week, the daily price is discounted to £37.  This is done by using the promotion code MULTIPLE.  Please enter this into the promotion code box located in your cart.  This will apply the discount to all items in your cart so, if you are booking a combination of days in different weeks when the multi-day discount will not apply, please make a separate booking for those days.

If you intend to pay for Seahorse Club using childcare vouchers, please enter the promotion code CHILDCARE into the promotion code box located in your cart.  Please then make payment to the School of the total amount that was shown in your cart, before you entered the CHILDCARE promotional code through your childcare voucher provider.  For your records, you may wish to take a screenshot of the total, before entering the CHILDCARE code.

If using both promotion codes, please use 'MULTIPLE' one first. This will show you the overall discounted cost of the booking to be sent using childcare vouchers. Then use 'CHILDCARE' and this will allow you to complete the booking.

Seahorse Club Terms and Conditions

Changing your booking

Seven days notice is required and the school will endeavour to change the dates within the same holiday season (e.g. Oct half term), subject to availability. If you request a change to an activity that is more expensive, then you will be charged the difference between your original booking and your new one.

Cancelling your booking

A minimum of 14 days notice is required to cancel a booking. All monies paid will be refunded less the equivalent of £10 per day cancellation fee. In the case of cancellations with less than 14 days notice, we regret that no refund will be provided except in the case of injury/illness which has been certified in writing by a registered medical practitioner accompanied by a letter to the school.

Insurance

All children in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.

First Aid

In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered to children in our care, and the emergency services will be called if necessary.

Child Exclusion

If, on the rare occasion that a child proves incompatible with the general well-being of the group e.g. bullying, disruptive or aggressive behaviour, the school reserves the right to exclude such children from Seahorse Club. No refund will be made for any remaining days booked and any costs associated with the exclusion, including transport home, will be the parent’s responsibility.

Late collection

Please note that the following late collection charges apply:

Up to 15 minutes - £10.00
16 - 30 minutes - £20.00
31 - 45 minutes - £30.00
46 - 60 minutes - £40.00
After 60 minutes - £100.00

Please note: children are required to bring packed lunches and snacks every day.  We are a nut-free school and we ask parents not to include nuts or nut products in any packed lunches sent in to school.
