(3.30pm - 4.15pm) Join Phoenix comic artist Emily Kimbell, and learn to make comics like a pro in this draw-along workshop for 7-14 year olds.Emily Kimbell is the artist and co-writer behind Thingamajigs which appears in The Phoenix comic. She began her career in animation as a background artist and designer on children’s TV shows and point-and-click adventure games. She now works in children’s books and comics.
Drawing materials will be provided.
Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult who will need to buy a ticket.
The Jetty Museum venue will be open to the public from 9.30am to 5pm.
