Alison Marsden has been making sauerkraut at home and for her clients for over 15 years. She runs cookery demonstrations and published her first book, The Jigsaw Method, in 2024. Alison is a passionate teacher of the concept of Lifestyle Nutrition.Through this masterclass you will experience, hands on, how to make your own sauerkraut easily and with confidence. You will also leave with the knowledge and understanding how this amazing food can cleanse your gut lining, promote digestion and feed your good gut bacteria, the basis of healthy immunity.
You will leave with your own jar of sauerkraut and the knowledge of how to introduce it into your diet, and watch it grow into a tasty, fermented product.
