Join us for a cookalong with a difference as Jim Parums guides us through two simple recipes using everyday wild ingredients. Jim will share his love of sustainable foraging with us, explaining why he believes it's a healthier and tastier way to eat. He'll provide hints and tips for gathering and cooking with wild foods and we'll share our tasty dishes together at the end of the session.Jim is founder and formerly the chief forager of Forage Box, and he believes that wild and foraged food is tastier, healthier and better for the planet than food bought in the supermarket. Plus, time spent foraging is great for your mental and physical health... and it’s good fun too! Jim believes it is important to reconnect people with nature through what they eat and wants foraging to be recognised as a better way of sourcing our food.
