About
The intention of the group is to empower girls moving towards puberty and adolescence to do so with Joy, Intentionality and Strength so they thrive on their journey towards womanhood.We give the girls the means to take charge of their physical, social and emotional wellbeing. In community and by learning together girls discover their confidence, perceptiveness, assertiveness, strength, integrity and the natural wisdom of their bodies. At this age all our ‘lessons’ are passed on through experiential learning, laughter, stories, song, art and games rather than sitting down ‘talking about stuff’!
Our aim is that girls gradually start to see the world in a new way, unfolding in their own time and in their own unique way in response to activities. We will be covering these themes in every cycle
