Join cycle trainer Jenny Lyon from Smile Cycling for a social ride out mainly on cycle paths and traffic-free ways out of town to access some lovely scenic routes and quieter roads. Jenny will run through basic safety checks and make sure everyone has the essential, practical skills to enjoy this relaxing sociable session. This is a FREE session as part of the BIG BIKE REVIVAL funded by Cycling UK.
