To ensure your registration experience is smooth and trouble-free, please read the following guidance notes before proceeding to book for the DigiFest 2025.
DELEGATES
Please ensure that you book the correct ticket type to save time for re-booking. All bookings must be paid for prior to the conference to guarantee attendance on the day.
DELEGATE ACCESS
Your Full Day Delegate Pass allows you access to ALL Speaker Sessions, including the Keynote Plenaries, Masterclasses, and the Leadership Streams. You will also have full access to the Networking area. After the conference you will receive a password allowing you access to all cleared speaker presentations.
If you are no longer able to attend the conference, you must notify Peter@futurescot.com. If you do not inform us in advance and do not attend the conference, a £99+VAT no-show charge will be levied to compensate the Day Delegate cost and catering provision.
CPD ACCREDITATION
DigiFest 2025 qualifies all conference attendees to 8 hours of certificated CPD credits. This is part of your respective conference package and we hope that you take full advantage of the benefits on offer.
LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS
Complementary refreshments and lunch will be provided throughout the day and are included in your ticket price. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies when registering.
DISABILITIES
Please inform us if you need support arriving at the venue or at any point throughout the day.
