About
Inspired by the traditional Japanese preparation of unagi (eel), this plant-based twist features aubergine glazed in a rich, umami sweet and savoury kabayaki sauce, grilled until meltingly tender. Served over rice with crisp homemade pickles, and accompanied by a soothing miso soup with sweet potato and Cavolo Nero.For dessert, enjoy ice cream mochi — silky ice cream wrapped in a soft, chewy layer of rice dough. A playful and refreshing way to end the meal.
