RICHMOND SHAKESPEARE SOCIETY PRESENTS
GOOD
by C.P. Taylor | Directed by Clare Cooper
When good men do nothing, evil will prevail
As the world faces the Second World War, John Halder, Professor of Literature, struggles to balance family life, an elderly mother suffering from dementia and a depressed wife. But when his latest book catches the attention of the Nazis, he finds himself pulled into a movement with unthinkable consequences. Remembered through the music with which he associates fundamental events in his life, GOOD A Tragedy, is a powerful, thought-provoking recollection of how one man can be slowly inexorably pulled into evil.
