The productive researcher
About
This virtual interactive workshop is delivered by Fast Track Impact. It will introduce a distinctive approach to research productivity. Rather than focusing on time management, you will explore how to align your work with personal values and professional identity. The aim is to establish a sustainable and motivating work pattern that prioritises high-value tasks while conserving time and energy.
You will identify priority areas that reflect both what you do and who you are as researchers, and experiment with small, practical changes to support long-term behavioural shifts. The course includes strategies for managing competing demands and internal barriers such as impostor syndrome, perfectionism and fear of failure. You will also receive a PDF copy of Prof. Mark Reed’s The Productive Researcher.
