No prerequisite or previous training required

All sessions are recorded & available for later viewing
Learning Outcomes for this training include:
1. Understand the meaning of Pathological Demand Avoidance
(PDA).
2.Understand the impact PDA has on a child, teenager or young adult.
3. Understand the most effective ways to support children, teenagers and young adults with PDA when their behaviour
becomes challenging for those supporting them.
4.Understand how to reduce the impact that PDA has on learning.
5.Know how to support individuals with PDA with transitions
For those undertaking accredited training a workbook will need to be completed & submitted AFTER the training. Full support will be given to complete the workbook. Upon successful completion certificates will be issued.
