Traditional staff development models for sports coaching are falling short of meeting the evolving needs of Club Community Organisations. This webinar explores a practical approach to professional development through an established partnership.
Join us as Stevie Bramble, Director of Education and Programmes, and Sport Structures CEO, Katherine Percival, share how Norwich Community Sports Foundation have successfully contextualised the Level 2 Certificate in Coaching, mapped to the CIMSPA Coach Standard to:
- Align with the unique needs of staff working within the football foundation
- Support a longitudinal college programme that prepares young people for deployment in community settings.
Through the partnership, we will share how materials have been developed to support the qualification that can be adapted by other CCOs. These resources are available to support delivery of the qualification through Sport Structures, acting as the recognised centre to support other organisations wishing to explore similar solutions.
