In this 30 min online class Alison helps you let go of tension, think more clearly, and move through your day with less stress and more ease.Using small, guided movements and a specific way of directing your attention, Alison helps you reconnect with your body and mind in a practical, accessible way. You don’t need any equipment, special clothing, or previous experience.
The class is not a meditation or a workout. It's a structured approach to stillness that helps you:
• Notice and release physical and mental tension
• Improve focus and body awareness
• Feel more present and settled after a busy day
• Sleep better by calming your system before bed
Many people use these classes as a reliable way to reset, especially when they feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected.
