Whether you're new to strength training and / or kettlebells or already have some / a lot of experience... this session is about an honest " self check-in" with who you are, where you are at, how you are feeling and what your body really needs from strength training.We'll explore bodyweight resistance training, functional and intuitive movement, breathwork and of course lifting / swinging kettlebells!
