🌿 Space 2 Talk – Walk Leaders Course 🌿

Space 2 Talk are running a Walk Leaders Course for anyone interested in joining our award-winning charity and supporting the wellbeing walks we provide.

✨ The course includes:
• A short introduction to mental health awareness
• Training in basic walk leader techniques
• A chance to practise on a short walk exercise

This is a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, gain new skills, and make a positive difference in your community.
