Group Mentor Coaching
what is MENTOR coaching?
Mentor Coaching is a developmental coaching process in which coaching is observed and objectively assessed against a set of criteria or competences. The aim is to raise the quality of coach skills and approaches, so they are the best they can be.
It differs from ‘supervision’ in that the focus of mentor-coaching is your coaching and its impact on the client; ‘supervision’ is about the coach, rather than the coaching, and is a more subjective process, addressing whatever a coach might choose to bring. So, the focus of mentor-coaching is your coaching as it happens, where both mentor-coach and coach access the same material ‘live’ and ‘in the moment’.
