How Parents Can Connect More and Worry Less About Their Teenagers
Join us for an insightful one-hour session with Rachel Kelly, writer, public speaker, and mental health advocate. Drawing on her latest book The Gift of Teenagers: Connect More, Worry Less, Rachel will share evidence-based strategies to help parents strengthen commnication, reduce anxiety, and support emotional resilience in their teens.
This is a Be Bold! lecture with a difference: it is specifically for parents who want to know more about the evidence that underpins mental health issues in many teenagers. Rachel is a leading figure in the field, and this is an opportunity to discuss your thoughts about the trends you see developing among young people today. We hope it is a fascinating, uplifting, and constructive exchange of idea.
