You are warmly invited to the Autumn Concert, which will be held in the splendid setting of St Joseph’s Church on Thursday 13th November at 7.30pm.
The Autumn Concert is an amazing showcase of the students’ talents and is the first opportunity this year to hear our larger ensembles perform with this being the first live concert for many! The exciting programme includes ‘Mission Impossible’, Winter from Vivaldi’s 4 Seasons, and Shostakovich’s exciting ‘Festive Overture’. Our choirs will charm you with their ‘Autumn Fires’ and ‘Dark and Stormy Nights’ as well as the ‘stumblin’ feet’ of the Cantemus Chorus. There will also be an opportunity to hear a selection of the music learned and performed in Craotia on our forthcoming tour there over half term. The ensembles performing are: The Symphony and Concert Orchestras, Brunner Show Choir, Conabor Choir, Cantemus Chorus, Senior Strings and the Brass Ensemble.
