Welcome to our Welcome to Parenthood Antenatal Education Course.This will be held at Medway Park Sports Centre.
The sessions will run for 4 consecutive Fridays from 14:30-16:30. When booking you are confirming attendance of all 4 sessions.

Attendees are more than welcome to attend alone, but if booking for 2, please book a space for yourself and a birth partner (i.e. 1 couple will need to book 2 tickets). We would advise you are approximately 30 weeks+ on the date of the course.
We will cover many topics including:
Your pregnancy, baby's development and bonding
Stages of labour and pain relief options
Different types of birth
Emotional changes in pregnancy and postpartum and how to manage
Everything you need to know about your newborn baby
You will receive an email the week prior to your course with all other relevant information - or any urgent queries we can be contacted on the phone and email address provided
