Join us for a dynamic evening of dialogue as members of the leadership of the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences host a Question Time-style event on the future of devolution in Lancashire. This interactive forum will bring together key stakeholders – including local government leaders, policy experts, community advocates, and academics – to explore the opportunities and challenges of devolved governance in the region.Panel members include:
- Zoe Billingham, Public Policy Research (IPPR) North Director
- Sam Charlesworth, MSc Public Policy student and Ellel Parish Councillor (Labour)
- Mark Davies, Chief Executive, Lancaster City Council
- Dr Temidayo Eseonu, Lecturer in Politics and Policy, Lancaster University
- Simon Lawrence, Director of Growth and Regeneration, Lancashire County Council
