From a career in photojournalism and humanitarian work all over the world for charities like Save the Children, Sightsavers and Action Aid, to volunteering as boat crew with the RNLI in her home town, Rachel Palmer reflects on how stories can open eyes, build empathy, and inspire action. In this talk, she reflects on the role of storytelling in connecting us to the issues that matter and how each of us can play a part in shaping change.
